About The Visionary

Jackie B. Grice is a dynamic speaker, bestselling co-author, transformational coach, and visionary CEO who blends faith, strategy, and purpose to empower leaders and entrepreneurs worldwide. As founder of J Diamond Inc., dba Agape Travel & Tours, she built a multimillion-dollar transportation enterprise serving government and private-sector clients nationwide.
With over two decades of leadership experience, Jackie combines her Mechanical Engineering background from the University of Virginia with deep spiritual insight. After navigating loss and divine redirection through COVID-19, she founded Launching Deeper Enterprises, a coaching and business strategy company helping purpose-aligned leaders and entrepreneurs.
She is also the founder of Create Vision, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to cultivating emotionally healthy leaders. Above all, Jackie treasures her roles as devoted wife and loving mother.
